This policy also explains how ToolsApex's original tools, layouts, code, and content are protected and how permission may be requested for reuse.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe material on ToolsApex infringes your copyright, please send a written notice with the required details.

- Your contact information (full name, address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review it promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If content was removed and you believe it was done in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.

Your counter-notice must include:
- Your signature
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- Your contact information
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and acceptance of service of process
If a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files legal action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
ToolsApex enforces a repeat infringer policy. In appropriate cases, we may suspend or restrict access for users or parties repeatedly found to violate copyright laws.
We also reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
